Vicki (Visser) Richardson Elementary Education Scholarship

This scholarship will be awarded to an upperclassman studnet who is majoring in elementary education. Preference will be given to students who intend to teach in early childhood education. Preference will also be given to students from the following areas, in this order: Lynden/Whatcom County, Washington; Minnesota; then any other area.
